The Mountain Water Decaf process uses clear, pure water from glaciers and the highest mountains in South America. The green beans are immersed in water in order to extract the caffeine. The resulting coffee is 99.9 percent caffeine free. Once the decaffeination process is completed the beans are dried and packed.
